Yes. Each membership tier has a maximum eligible bill amount. If your bill exceeds the limit for a particular tier, you will need to select the next eligible top-up tier.

Scenario: If your bill is $450, you will not be eligible for the Bronze tier (maximum eligible bill: $400).

You may instead top up under the Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers.

Your membership tier will be automatically assigned based on your top-up amount.

Your birthday voucher will be available on the first day of your birthday month. Please inform our service staff upon payment to redeem the voucher.

Your points and wallet balances will be reflected on the printed receipt after each purchase.

You can terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice via email to info@tianfu.com.sg. Please note that there will be no refund of account balances, and any vouchers and points accumulated will be forfeited.
